Change the number of users on Team

Adding users takes effect now: you are charged pro rata for the rest of the billing period (“Confirm and pay”), using the card on file. Removing users takes effect from your next renewal (“Schedule the change”); your team keeps its current seats until then, and nothing is refunded for the current period.

A scheduled decrease shows as “Going down to … users from …”, with “Cancel change” to keep your current number.

1. 1Open Billing & Subscription → Subscription and find the Users card. It shows how many users your plan pays for and how many people hold a seat today.
2. 2Set the “New number of users” with the slider or by typing a number.
3. 3Choose “Review change” to see what it costs, then confirm.
