The free Team trial

Every new account starts on a free 15-day trial of the Team plan, with no card required. The trial covers up to 3 people, 5 uploaded files, 2 canvases and 500 AI runs a month, and includes scheduled email reports. Billing & Subscription → Usage shows what your trial allows and how much is in use.

While the trial runs, a strip above the work area counts down the days (“… trial ends in 5 days”). In the last 3 days it turns amber. Owners and administrators get “Choose a plan”; everyone else is asked to have an owner or administrator choose one.

When the trial ends, the workspace is replaced by “… trial has ended”. Your data is kept, but nobody in the organisation can use the workspace until a plan is chosen. Owners and administrators see the plans on that screen; everyone else can ask them, or contact us to extend the trial.
