Terms of Service

DashboardGPT (the "Service") is an AI-powered visual business-intelligence workspace operated by Andolasoft Inc. ("Andolasoft", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service, including the public website, the anonymous playground, and the authenticated BI Workspace.

By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, and for ensuring that the people you invite into your workspace are authorised to see the data it contains.

Tell us promptly at the address in the Contact section if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation. We may suspend an account while we investigate suspected misuse.

You agree not to, and not to allow anyone else to:

• upload data you do not have the right to process, or use the Service to violate any law, regulation or third-party right;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, another customer's workspace, or the systems the Service runs on;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service other than through our coordinated-disclosure process;
• use automated means to create accounts, submit questions or extract content at a rate a person could not achieve by hand;
• reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense or offer the Service to third parties as a competing product;
• use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual-property rights.

We may remove content or suspend access that we reasonably believe breaches this section.

You retain all rights in the files, datasets, questions, canvases and other content you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant Andolasoft a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display Customer Data solely to provide, secure and improve the Service for you, and as otherwise instructed by you.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of Customer Data, including having a lawful basis to process any personal data it contains and giving any notices required to the people it concerns. Where we process personal data in Customer Data on your behalf we do so as your processor, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not use Customer Data to train general-purpose machine-learning models, and we do not sell it.

The Service uses large language models to interpret questions, plan analyses and write summaries. AI output can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Every chart and insight is derived from a query the Service executes against your data, and we show you that query, but you remain responsible for reviewing results before relying on them for any decision.

Bring-your-own-key. Where you configure your own AI provider credentials, your use of that provider is governed by its terms, and the provider, not us, determines how it handles the prompts it receives. We store such credentials encrypted and use them only to serve requests from your workspace.

The anonymous playground on this website runs against a curated demonstration dataset. It accepts no uploads, stores no account data and may be rate-limited or withdrawn at any time. Nothing you see in the playground is a representation about your own data.

Some features are only available on paid plans. Fees, included usage and billing intervals are described on the pricing page at the time you subscribe, and are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

We may change the Service, its plans or its prices. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will give you reasonable notice and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

The Service, including its software, design, documentation and trademarks, is owned by Andolasoft Inc. and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with them; they do not transfer any ownership. Feedback you choose to give us may be used without obligation to you.

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and, at your choice, third-party AI providers and data sources. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms. Links from this website to other sites are provided for convenience only.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would create a security or legal risk for us or other customers. Where practicable we will give you notice and an opportunity to export your Customer Data.

On termination your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive, including those on your data, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity, survive.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Service or any AI output will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andolasoft Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service in any twelve-month period will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid us in that period and one hundred US dollars.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You will defend and indemnify Andolasoft Inc. against claims, damages and expenses arising from Customer Data, your breach of these Terms, or your use of the Service in violation of law or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or in the product before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
