The Monday report
Stop rebuilding the same report every week
The numbers only help if people see them. So every week someone exports, pastes, screenshots and writes the commentary by hand.
Every week, by hand
- Export last week from Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Download spend from each ad platform.
- Paste it all into the reporting sheet and fix the date ranges.
- Update the charts and take screenshots.
- Write three lines about what changed.
- Email it. Answer “can you break that down by region?” Start again.
Once, with DashboardGPT
- Connect your Google account, or upload the export.
- Ask the questions you want answered every week.
- Schedule the canvas. It arrives every Monday with fresh numbers and a written summary.
When someone asks for the regional breakdown, click the chart and ask. The answer lands next to it.
How it works
Set it up in one sitting. It runs every week after that.
- Step 1
Bring your data
Connect Google Analytics, Search Console or Google Sheets with read-only access, or upload a spreadsheet export from any ad platform. DashboardGPT builds a first canvas of charts for each report: totals, trends and top pages, queries or sources.
- Step 2
Ask in plain English
Ask the way you'd ask a colleague. Follow-ups keep the chart, the filters and the date range, so you never restate them.
- Which channels brought the most sessions last month?
- Only organic search. Show it week by week.
- Step 3
Schedule the report
Choose daily, weekly or monthly, a time and a timezone. Add up to 50 recipients. Send yourself a preview first, then let it run.
What lands in the inbox
Written for people who have one minute
Every chart is worked out again at send time, so readers always get the latest figures.
A short summary first
Three to six plain sentences. They lead with the biggest change and name the chart it comes from. The summary uses only the numbers on your canvas.
Every chart as a table
The figures read straight from the email, on any device, with nothing to open.
The canvas as a PDF
Laid out the way you arranged it, ready to forward to a client or file.
Your notes and a link back
Context you wrote on the canvas travels with the numbers. One click opens the live canvas.

It matches Google Analytics
Visitors, rates and averages are never added up across days. A monthly bounce rate comes out the way Google Analytics reports it, and Search Console click-through rate and position stay correct for any period.
Every number shows its working
Open the query behind any chart to see how a number was calculated and which figures it came from.
It asks when a question is unclear
If “conversions” could mean two things, DashboardGPT asks which one you mean before it answers.
Live from Google when needed
Some figures, such as unique visitors over a whole month, can't be read from a stored report. DashboardGPT asks Google Analytics directly and marks the result.

Your data
Exactly what the AI sees
When you ask a question, your AI provider receives your question, a description of the columns with a few sample values, and the summarised result. It never receives your file or the full report.

Read-only access to Google
DashboardGPT reads only the reports you choose. An admin can disconnect at any time, which withdraws access at Google.
Not used for training
Your data is used to answer your questions, never to train AI models.
Bring your own AI key
Use your company's own AI provider account. Usage is billed to you, under your agreement. An admin can rotate or revoke the key.
Separate workspaces
Data, canvases and conversations stay inside the workspace that created them. Uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest.
