What a scheduled report contains

Each time a report is sent, the canvas’s charts are worked out afresh, so recipients see the data as it is at that moment. It does not wait for a dataset refresh: it uses whatever data the datasets hold when it is sent.

With “AI-written summary” on, the email opens with a few sentences on what the charts show. It then has a short table for each chart, any notes and insights from the canvas, and a link to open the canvas in DashboardGPT. Depending on the Email option, the canvas is attached as a PDF.
