Pause, change, preview or remove a scheduled report

Scheduled reports, in the sidebar between Insights and Superset, lists every scheduled report in the workspace: the canvas it sends, its cadence and time, how many recipients it has, when it is next due and how the last send went (Sent, Failed or Skipped). Use All, On and Paused to filter. Choose a canvas’s name to open it.
The same list for one canvas is under Export → “Scheduled reports…” on that canvas. A new schedule always starts from its canvas.

| The switch | Pauses or resumes the schedule. A paused schedule keeps its settings and shows “Paused”. |
| Send to me now (paper plane) | Emails a preview to you alone. Recipients get nothing and the schedule’s history is unchanged. |
| Change (pencil) | Opens the schedule to change any setting, including “Enabled”. |
| Remove (bin) | Deletes the schedule straight away, without a confirmation step. |
| Download the last PDF | Downloads the PDF the last send attached, when there is one. |
