An imported dataset’s page has a “Google Sheets source” card: the spreadsheet and worksheet (click to open it in Google Sheets), who it is read with, when it was last refreshed and when the next refresh is due.

Choose “Sync now” to re-read the spreadsheet. The current data stays in place until the new version lands, so charts and canvases keep working; a “Refreshing” badge shows progress.

Under Refresh, choose Every day or Every week to refresh on a schedule, or Manually to stop; Every hour is available on Enterprise. Intervals run from when you set them, so “Every day” means about every 24 hours.

Change the Range or Header row and choose “Save”; the change applies at the next refresh.
