Reset your password

Ask for a reset link by email, then choose a new password.

  1. 1On the sign-in page, choose “Forgot your password?”.
  2. 2Enter the email address you sign in with and choose “Send reset link”. If that address has an account, a reset link is on its way.
  3. 3Open the link in the email within the next hour.
  4. 4Enter a New password (at least 10 characters), repeat it, and choose “Update password”. Then sign in with your new password.
