The Overview has two quick starts, “Ask a question” (Open the canvas) and “Upload data” (Upload a file), followed by the five most recent Canvases, Datasets, Conversations and Insights, each with “View all”.
“Recent AI activity” lists the last analyses the assistant ran and whether they succeeded. The Assistant panel sits on the right.
