AI Usage shows the AI runs and AI tokens used this period against your plan, a bar per day for the last 30 days, and the most recent questions asked across your workspaces with their status, model and token counts.
Managed AI is included with every plan and rate-limited. If you bring your own provider key, that usage is billed by your provider, so tokens are shown here but never priced.
