Charts keep their places and sizes from the canvas, and notes and insights become text blocks. Once published, the canvas shows an “In Superset” chip in its top-right corner that opens its tab.
Changing the canvas does not change the dashboard by itself. To bring it up to date, choose Export → “Update in Superset”; the dashboard is updated in place. To take it down, choose “Remove from Superset”.
- 1Open the canvas and choose the Export button (download icon) in the toolbar.
- 2Choose “Publish to Superset”. If a chart has something its picture does not show, a review of its calculations opens first; continue from there.
- 3“Published to Superset” confirms how many charts were laid out. Choose “View in Superset” to open the canvas’s tab on the Superset page.
